1. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

2. API Key Protection

API keys are sensitive credentials. We recommend:

  • Never sharing your API keys publicly
  • Storing keys securely on your server
  • Regenerating keys if compromised

We also monitor API usage to detect unusual activity and prevent misuse.

3. Infrastructure Security

Our platform is built on secure and reliable infrastructure with:

  • Regular system monitoring
  • Automated backups
  • Automatic fallback between AI providers when one fails

4. Payment Security

All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI DSS compliant payment provider. We do not store your card or payment details on our servers.

5. How Your API Data Is Handled

We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In plain terms:

  • No training: RSFlowHub never uses your requests or results to train AI models, and we never sell your data.
  • AI processing: the text you send is forwarded to the AI provider configured for that endpoint (OpenAI, Google Gemini, DeepSeek or xAI Grok) only to produce your result.
  • Usage logs: we record metadata such as endpoint, character counts, credits and status for billing. Usage logs do not store your request text.
  • Caching: identical requests to some endpoints may be answered from a cache for up to 24 hours, which makes repeats faster and cheaper.
  • Your content: knowledge bases, documents and chatbot conversations you create are stored so those features work, and you can delete them at any time.
  • Certifications: RSFlowHub is not certified under HIPAA, SOC 2 or ISO 27001 today. Do not send data that legally requires those certifications.

6. Abuse Prevention

We actively monitor platform activity to prevent:

  • Unauthorized API usage
  • Fraudulent activities
  • System abuse or attacks

Accounts found violating our terms may be suspended or terminated.
